📋 Refund & Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our coaching materials and merchandise. Due to the mix of digital and physical products we offer, this policy outlines specific rules for each category.

1. Digital Products (Downloadables, Workbooks, Devotionals)

All sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital files (PDFs, e-workbooks, and devotionals), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been downloaded or accessed.

📌 Exception: If you purchased a digital product and cannot download the file due to a technical error on our website (e.g., broken link), please contact us within 7 days, and we will provide a manual download link or store credit.

2. Physical Products (Paperback Books, Mugs, Hoodies)

Eligible for return within 30 days. We accept returns for physical items only if they meet one of the following conditions:
