📋 Refund & Return Policy
We take pride in the quality of our coaching materials and merchandise. Due to the mix of digital and physical products we offer, this policy outlines specific rules for each category.
1. Digital Products (Downloadables, Workbooks, Devotionals)
All sales are final. Due to the instant-access nature of digital files (PDFs, e-workbooks, and devotionals), we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the file has been downloaded or accessed.
2. Physical Products (Paperback Books, Mugs, Hoodies)
Eligible for return within 30 days. We accept returns for physical items only if they meet one of the following conditions:
- Damaged/Defective: Item arrives broken, misprinted, or with missing pages.
- Wrong Item: You received a different size, color, or title than what you ordered.
Non-returnable physical items:
- Items damaged due to carrier mishandling (file a claim with the carrier).
- Items showing wear after use.
- "Change of mind" returns (e.g., you don't like the hoodie color or paperback thickness).
How to Request a Return

- Provide your order number, a photo of the defect or wrong item, and your name.
- If approved, we will provide a return shipping address.
Refunds for Physical Items
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours (defective/wrong item).
3. Exchanges (Size/Color for Merchandise)
We only exchange defective or wrong items. We do not exchange hoodies or mugs because you changed your mind about the size or design.
4. Cancellations
- Digital products: Cancellations are not possible once the order is complete.
- Physical products: You may cancel within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, the order has likely been sent to our fulfillment team.

📦 Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Digital Products: Delivered instantly via email link. No physical shipping.
- Physical Products (Books, Mugs, Hoodies): Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Carriers
We ship worldwide where applicable. Rates are calculated at checkout.

3. Tracking Information
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for updates.
4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Lost by carrier: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, wait 3 days then contact the carrier. We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
- Wrong address: Double-check your address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will pay reshipment costs.
- Carrier delays: Weather or postal holidays may cause delays. Shipping costs are not refundable for carrier delays.
5. International Shipping
- Customs & Duties: You are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or VAT. The Peoples Coach does not collect these fees.
- Delivery time: International orders may take 4–6 weeks due to customs processing.
- Prohibited items: Some countries restrict printed religious materials (devotionals) or apparel. Please check local laws before ordering.
6. Split Shipments
If you order a mug and a paperback together, they may ship separately from different warehouses. You will receive two tracking numbers at no extra charge.
7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- USPS Media Mail (Books): Allowed
- UPS (Mugs/Hoodies): Not allowed. Please provide a physical street address for apparel and mugs.
